Outdoor Concrete Countertops

These countertops were constructed out of cinderblock. All the walls were grouted solid, which means they're filled with concrete. It makes them nice and strong and able to handle the outdoor environment and, also, the weight of these cast-concrete countertops.

Faux-stone veneer
Sometimes I'll veneer the side with stucco to match the house or, in this case, we used a faux stone in order to match our tropical styling that we were going with in this backyard. It matches nicely with our palapa patio cover that's just behind us.
