At the back edge of this pool, we placed a putting green. This is not just for family entertaining. It's actually for practicing your game. The real golf course is just beyond.
Artificial turf saves waterWe used artificial turf here rather than real turf to save water, but also to save maintenance. If you want to maintain a putting green you need to mow it twice a week. It takes a lot of extra care, and this client doesn't want that kind of maintenance. So we used artificial turf and it saves us water in this backyard and adds one more element for entertaining.
